Modern life is often characterised by poor posture, stress & tension and a lack of physical movement/activity. This will produce a muscular imbalance in the body, which can result in:

Posture is a particular position of the body or the arrangement of body parts relative to one another. With an ideal posture you can perform any activity in the most efficient manor while using the least amount of energy. All activity begins and ends with a posture.   For perfect erect standing we need very little muscular activity. Joints are balanced on one another in a way to minimize the work necessary to hold us upright against gravity.

Following a Postural Assessment I may use several bodywork techniques to help realign any muscular imbalances you have. These techniques include:
